Dedication


I was going through a few pregnancy photos yesterday and it inspired me to post something about what it does to the body.  I was pretty little before getting pregnant .... got HUGE.... and am now back to that same size, 2 years later. I lost the weight pretty fast after having her. I was back down to my normal weight within a few weeks but my body definitely needed a little toning. I joined the gym shortly before her first birthday and worked out a few times a week.  I also ran after little ones all day, every day... so that helped out a lot.  We began our vegetarian diet as soon as Vera was born and just started our vegan diet a little over a week ago.  I guess I just wanted to post this as some motivation that with your goals in mind, you CAN achieve them.  Baby or no baby... if you are wanting to lose weight and get in shape, you CAN do it. This May, I will be running my 3rd 5k since Vera was born and I am beyond ready!
